Pacific Alliance Medical Center
Los Angeles, California
When Pacific Medical Center needed to prepare for seismic compliance renovations, ARC captured and documented the active hospital to provide accurate floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and exterior elevations for the project team.
Scanning was carefully coordinated around hospital operations, patient areas, and surgery schedules to minimize disruption and protect patient privacy. The result was a verified existing conditions record that gave the design team a reliable foundation for renovation planning, coordination, and compliance-driven improvements.
Altoona VA Medical Center
Altoona, Pennsylvania
When the Altoona Veterans Affairs Medical Center needed to renovate its boiler room, ARC captured the existing conditions of the basement and first-floor support spaces to create an accurate as-built Revit model for the project team.
The model documented key structural features, floor and roof penetrations, and major piping systems, giving the team a reliable foundation for renovation planning and coordination in a complex healthcare environment.
Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center
Richmond, Virginia
When Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center needed reliable existing conditions data for renovation planning, ARC captured approximately 142,000 square feet of a fully operational hospital, including above-ceiling spaces, below-ceiling areas, and mechanical rooms.
Scanning was performed primarily during nights and weekends to minimize disruption, with infection-control measures used in sensitive areas to protect patients and hospital operations. ARC delivered detailed 3D models and visual documentation of concealed conditions, giving the project team a reliable foundation for construction coordination and renovation planning.
