Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) provided High Definition Survey (HDS) 3D laser scanning and BIM modeling, as well as 360 TruView imagery of the Beverly Hills Post Office. Matt Construction was seeking an as-built of the building and intended to remodel the facility in order to improve its condition. Originally constructed in the 1920s, the BHPO has served Beverly Hills for about a century.

BIM models of the post office are shown above. Both the interior and exterior details are revealed and can be seen from different angles. ARC also provided 360 TruView imagery, which can be seen in the top photo on the left. This allowed Matt Construction to have a better understanding of what existed on-site.
