This project location is home to the Hacienda Cristobal Banquet Hall in Pomona. The building has three levels: first, mezzanine, and third. Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D laser scanning and modeling services for the creation of an as-built model for the site.

ARC documented all visible items that were necessary to create an existing conditions “base file” model that represented basic exposed architectural and structural systems.

The model was created in Revit 2017. It took ARC about 1 full day on site for scanning, 1 day in the office for registration, and 4-5 days for modeling.
