Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide a field survey and CAD as-built for the Jamboree Promenade. ARC delivered 2D AutoCAD drawings and PDFs for architectural site plans and parking structure floor plans. ARC also created a second level floor plan that denoted common areas and the path of travel (POT) to tenant spaces for the purpose of performing a CASP survey.

The full site and parking garage floor plans were necessary for the client to upgrade the site for ADA.

Using existing data from the field survey and CAD as-built, ARC prepared square footage calculations for one of the two story buildings.
