The La Costa Town Square was in need of a façade renovation and parking lot redesign. Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide a field survey and CAD as-built for the retail center. ARC documented interior and exterior architectural elements of all the sites buildings including walls, doors, fire risers, vertical circulation, and casework and plumbing fixtures.

Under a separate contract, ARC prepared BOMA calculations with exhibits that illustrated how the rentable square footage and load factors were derived.
