Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D Laser Scanning and Modeling services to document portions of the existing building facades. The scope of work included the four sides of the MGM Grand Conference Center and adjoining maintenance building as well as the four sides of the Marquee Ballroom.

ARC utilized HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D laser scanning as a means of capturing the existing conditions data. Colorized 360 degree Webshare imagery was created at static scan locations. The scan data was also used to create a Revit model and it was then exported to create AutoCAD files.
