The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University was first established in 1969. Now the school enrolls 35 times the amount of students they began with and has established itself as one of the top business schools in the United States.

Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was hired to provide HDS (High Definition Survey) 3D Laser Scanning point cloud data modeling services for the creation of an as-built model.

ARC's Revit modelers utilized the client's template model and represented the lower basement, upper basement, first, second, third, and roof levels of the site. Different aspects of each level were represented with different Levels of Development (LOD); some areas required more detail than others.
