Architectural Resource Consultants was hired to create a 2D CAD floor plan and a floor flatness diagram. The deliverables provided by ARC were created from client supplied scan data. When the client obtained the scan data, the building, approximately 20,000 square feet, was already gutted.

The area of interest that the floor plan and flatness diagrams were produced for was the future location of an H&M retail store. The project was completed on time and on budget.
